A Sneak peek of Our New Culinary Experience


In February, we partnered with Yeremyan Academy to educate 6 regional hosts from Areni, Dilijan, and Dvin in first aid, hospitality and the cookeries as part of a brand-new cooking experience we’re constructing called Wild Food Adventures.

Capability Structure at Yeremyan Academy

In February, we worked together with Yeremyan Academy to particularly design a 17 -day culinary and hospitality training program for our 6 chefs and partners. After completing the program, our partners had favorable responses. Next Steps

After finishing their training at Yeremyan, our brand-new partners consulted with food anthropologist and ethnographer Ruzanna Tsaturyan to speak even more regarding themselves and the Armenian dishes details to their places.
