Can you share a moment from your profession that reminded you why you selected nursing?

What day-to-day habits or small regimens assist you remain grounded and really feel great throughout lengthy or stressful changes?
Getting outside, to be honest. Time stalls when you get on a 12 -hour shift, so I carve out time if I can– and not every change permits it– yet when I can, I take time to simply get outside, get some vitamin D, and take a look at some nature.
